  • Content that you may send and receive through Social Networks may contain personal information that Hootsuite does not directly collect or process. This may include information such as names, photos, age, gender, geographic location, opinions, preferences, and phone numbers.

Logs, usage, and support data:

When visitors leave comments on our site blog we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

-Contact forms

If you fill in a contact form, the details you enter will be sent to our recipient email inbox (hello@thrivesevenmedia.com) so that we can reply to your email.

If you leave a comment on our site blog you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

-Newsletter

On the website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. Paid Services Information

When using our Services, you may update, or correct most of your Account information by sending an email requesting to edit your profile or organization record.

Requests to access, correct, or delete your information will be handled within two days unless they are unusually extensive or complex, in which case we will advise you of the expected timeline for handling your request.

If you have authorized us to access your Social Network account, you may revoke this access at any time via email.

Marketing Emails

For marketing communications, you may opt-out of marketing communications sent by Thrive Seven Media by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing email you receive.

5. Who has access to your information?

Thrive Seven Media does not rent or sell your information. We restrict access to your information to authorized employees and we do not share your information with third parties except in the circumstances explained below. All our employees and contractors are required to agree to maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of your information.
